Brusletto Tiur is a medium-sized all-round knife and was voted Best in Test in the open air magazine UTE 3/2008. The knife comes in a gift box and has a total length of 24.6 cm. It has a narrow, beveled blade with a length of 11.5 cm, a hollow in solid cast aluminum and colored cowhide leather with edgeblock. The blade is made of stainless steel knife Sandvik 12C27 and the shaft is made of oiled American root nut. Brusletto Tiur is great for cutting bread, sausages, nailing sausage sticks or anything else you need a knife for when you are on a trip.
