NEW for April 2019, the SK2 "Embla" - A sophisticated hunting knife with a beautiful and durable desert ironwood handle. Based on the popular SK1 "Jarl", but with a blade design more towards hunting. The blade is made of our well balanced Lam. CoS steel, renowned for its ability to take and keep an excellent edge. A convex edge, the sharpest/strongest edge construction we know of, and the oldest in human history. Stainless steel finger guard, and broad protruding tang. Comes with a black open dangler-type leather sheath. The design of this beautiful hunting knife follows the principles of Swedish minimalism- that the design should be simple, neat and functional.
Please note: Being an organic material, there are variations in shade and pattern of the wooden handle. Each one is unique.
The handle can be treated with furniture or wood polish, gun stock oil or other liquids containing thinners and linseed oil.
